Plan science academic/instructional programs and course materials. Make recommendations for improving Science Department programs and academic performance. Develop and design science related assessment tools to evaluate student progress. Plan and coordinate school science fairs, Olympiad activities and training programs to support school science projects including participation in science/technology competitions.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science Education field. 1 year of exp. in the job. or as a Science Teacher. Exp. must include preparing students and participation as coach for science/technology competitions. M-F, 40 hrs/wk.
